"The NZ Hydrological Society and the Meteorological Society NZ (Hydrometsoc22) warmly welcome you to our joint conference at the University of Otago Ōtepoti / Dunedin campus from 6 to 9 December 2022.

The conference will be hosted within the St David Lecture Theatre Complex on the banks of the Ōwheo/Water of Leith and a short easy walk to a range of motel accommodation, cafés, bars and main street shopping.

Our theme for this year’s conference “Our water: a taonga in an ever-changing world” reflects the value of water to Aotearoa New Zealand and we look forward to hosting a diverse range of delegates from across the motu.

We look forward to gathering members of both societies in person for the 2022 conference and have some great networking opportunities lined up in some iconic spaces in central Dunedin, including the Otago Museum and the Dunedin Town Hall.
