Wellington Space Place Social

This informal meet up for MetSoc members is an opportunity to make connections with other weather enthusiasts in Te Whanganui-a-Tara.

We will meet at 7:45 pm on Tuesday the 29^th of July 2025 at Space Place within the Carter Observatory and join as a group within a wider event held by Space Place called ‘Astronomy on Tap.’  The evening will consist of a drink on arrival, interactive exhibits, an immersive planetarium show with inflight snacks and a live night sky presentation.   

MetSoc have purchased Astronomy on Tap tickets for members and have subsidised tickets to half price.
